Helping hands helping one another with our family history & genealogy research.
Hi there.
I am trying to find out what happened to Frank and Agnes Loveday, who emigrated to Canada after 1911. Frank Loveday married Agnes Kate Jennings in Epson Surrey England in 1911. All I know from family records is that they went to Canada. Their children were Muriel, Margaret and Thomas. Muriel married a Mr. Smith, and they had Kathy and Terry.
Thanks a lot for any help anyone can give.

It is with great sorrow that the family announces the peaceful passing of Joyce Catherine (Babe) Loveday (Black) in the early hours of Monday, June 4, 2001. Born on March 20th, 1928, in Port Arthur. Joyce retired at age 65 from Ontario Hydro as Supervisor of Office Services. Proud of her independent life style, she was a woman of many diverse interests. Babe loved her Blue Jays and was an avid fan club member. She was a lifelong supporter of local hockey. Most recently a season ticket holder for the Thunder Bay Thundercats. She loved traveling with her friend Elaine Hygaard to many U.S. destinations, as well as Europe. Mom enjoyed her Monday nights with her friend and bingo partner Lorraine Sprickerhoff. As well as her many interests, she loved her feline companions, Willy and baby Fletcher. Her children's and grandchildren's lives were enriched by her complete love and support in all their various athletic, academic and cultural activities. Babe enjoyed spending time with her sisters, including her weekly luncheons with Mickey.
