Did they stay in QC? when did he die/she die, what religion? what year did they immigrate?

Thomas and Julia lived in Grand Metis, Quebec.  They immigrated to Canada before 1861 as that is when they were married in Gaspe, Quebec.  Thomas died in 1889 and Julia 1926.  They were presbyterian.  Julia re-married after Thomas' death to David Tremblay.

Yes I have their Canadian records, I have been having trouble finding the Channel Island records for Thomas.  I did find the ones you showed for Julia.

You would have to know where exactly  he was born and look for Parish registers, as from what I am seeing Channel Islands didn't start keeping birth records until 1840..

It's just another one of those brick walls I keep hitting.  If I had to guess, I would think Thomas and Susan would be his parents as the Corbett's have passed the name Thomas on to their sons for generations, and the birth date is closer than the other one.

ACCORDING TO GASPÉ ROOTS THOMAS HAS 10 SIBLINGS AND SO DOES JULIA.

sHOULD YOU HAVE THIS INFO ALREADY, THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE SITE COULD TRY TO REACH A LIVING RELATIVE FOR YOU.  I have also read there is someone who has the Jersey BMD on hand in the Gaspé area.  Come back to me if this does not help.
