Sturgeon genealogy
Hello, I am researching my family, Sturgeon. We are ScotsIrish, having moved to Ireland from the lowlands of Scotland during the "plantations".
Can anyone assist me in finding these ancestors? I found a book listed in our library here in Cincinnati, Ohio, but it has been stolen or someone always has it checked out, I have never been able to get it. They can't find it either. Anyway, it lists the different family names that were involved with the "plantations". Does anyone know what in the world I am talking about, LOL?
