Hello Zillah  

I also was looking for family in Manitoba, Just M advised me to check out Manitoba Vital Statistics. A few days ago, I received by mail the death certificate of the woman I hoped was my Great Aunt and it was parent names were included. Before sending this reply I check and found a John Brogden born Oct 16 1864, died Feb 2 1935 also a birth for a James Brogden Aug 16 1906 mothers name Annie Ellison.

Check it out. Hope this helps

There is a little snippet on them in A history of Treherne and surrounding district

I was really hoping there would be more. This makes me think they buried in Treherne (hopefully the death record will answer burial place) Next time I pass through there I will check cemetery
