Benjamin Procter
Benjamin Procter (or Proctor/Prochter) from Edinburgh, born about 1780 +-10 (date and site of birth are only probable) married Sarah Alkins (when and where?). He was a currier. His son was Edmund Procter, probably born in 1797 in London. The family went to Vienna after 1810; in 1814 was born his daughter Emily. Edmund went to Constantinople after 1830; he was a ship-chandler. He married Matilde Modini, from Venice. Their daughter was Emma Procter, my g-granmother.
