Hi all;
I've copied this from the Canada (Canadian) Genealogy Group. I figured it would get more exposure here ;)

Douglas Albert Elliott was born in Dorset in 1922 and emigrated to Canada in 1948
He with wife Dorothy and son Douglas John Elliott settled in Toronto where they lived at 51 Berl Avenue, Toronto 14. He was a bricklayer.
His grandfather William was the brother of my Gt grandfather Henry Best Elliott and I hope some kind people can help me find out more about the family

Douglas Elliott who died in 1993 in Hudson, Quebec he was 71 which would make his year of birth 1922. Do you think its possible that your Elliott moved to Quebec? Doesn't hurt to see if we can find a obit for him that might confirm who is wife and children are. I've posted the link and info below. You could try contacting the Last Post Fund and see if they will provide you with a burial location.
