I am looking for any information on Leslie Lees. Born Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, UK circa 1916 emigrated with his family to Canada 1919. Originally settled in Manitoba (Clanwilliam or Winnipeg areas). Family residing in Winnipeg - Father Archibald Lees (deceased 1959), Mother Miriam Lees (nee Knight) (deceased 1961. Siblings: Miriam (Peggy) deceased 1960, Fred and Freda (now Freda Esslement). Leslie is my late fathers cousin.

Many thanks for spotting that error.
I have reason to believe (from his mothers obituary - Winnipeg 1961) that at that time he might have lived in the Regina area.

I am in contact with a nephew of his (the son of his younger sister - Freda) but have yet to confirm all of the information I have. Any extra information you come across would be appreciated.
