Apparently by all records I have seen, John was married to Susanna Keene,   b. 1644, Kent Island, Potomac River, Maryland,  d. 28 Mar 1716, Westmoreland County, Virginia

But they did have a daughter named Elizabeth (according to some and not others...., anyway this  pretty much fits your  request..
