The Provincial Archives of New Brunswick holds birth records from 1888 to 1905, marriage and death records from 1888 to 1950, and some incomplete church and civil records prior to 1888. Birth records after 1905, and marriage and death records after 1950 are still in the custody of the Vital Statistics Office.
