ZENSZ Family of Unterampfrach
I am researching my ancestors who came from the village of Unterampfrach in Franken, Bavaria. My ancestor Christoph Matthias Zenß (1736-1812) was a stone mason in the village and I know that he then became a builder, building houses in the village. I am not sure if he was born in the village. - I have been researching my German and Bavarian ancestors for over ten years now and have visited the villages, Grävenwiesbach, Grünberg and Frankfurt where the German ancestors came from and Unterampfrach where the Bavarian Zensz family came from. I know a bit of German and would love to find out more about my ancestors.
