Looking for Irish roots of Garrett Evoy

Hello, Does anyone have any info about Garrett Evoy (could be spelled differently) Evoy born about 1804 and his wife Catherine Stafford born about 1811. I don't know what year they left ireland or exactly which place they came from (someone told me it could be Gusserane) but they immigrated to Quebec, Canada. In Quebec I have found their trace and know about their lives here. But I'm interested in their irish roots.See More
