I'm looking for any information about my Great-Grandfather Lewis Lewis.  I have found him in the 1841 and 1851 Census.  Thus I have determined that my 2G-Grandfather is Thomas Lewis of Pennant and 2G-Grandmother is Sarah.  Lewis Lewis emigrated to the United States in 1873 with his family, which I have adequately detailed, but he disappeared by all accounts.  I have recently uncovered information on the Welsh Mariner's site that suggests he returned to Wales to continue as a mariner.  One…See More

Lewis Lewis disappeared after bring his family to the United States. I have just recently been able to determine who Lewis Lewis' family is and am now working on tracing them back further.
