Yes, his wife was Sarah abt 1847 and those are their sons.  Frank is my ggrandfather.  They were not very good about sharing information in the family.  I am still trying to verify that he was even from TN.

Grenada-finding the Weekleys

Hello, I am trying to locate early Weekleys (may be variations on spelling) who lived in Grenada.  Also stayed in the Tallahatchie Co area as well.  My gggrandfather Alex Weekley abt 1836-40 lived there with his wife Sarah Britt who was born abt 1847.  This may be a previously married name for her.Can not find out who Alex parents or siblings are.  Also trying to put the Britt family tree together to see who Sarah was connected with previously before marriage to Alex.  I believe that Alex and…See More

A Little About Me
I am married and have 4 adult children-1 daughter and 3 sons. I have 2 grandsons and 2 granddaughters. I work in a medical office as a medical biller. I am in church and trying to strive to be a better person.
I got started researching my family history ......
about ten plus years ago or so. I have always been fascinated by the stories my mom told me about growing up. It always sounded pretty tough and I thank God for them being the forerunners because I am not sure if I could have done the things they did and endured.
